I liked the Hotel in total, the rooms and the sitting spaces, the garden, the food and the staff mainly the kitchen staff 🙂 I liked also so much the sport equipments and the swimming pool. The location of the hotel is also nice, i could visit Seeblick and Boltenhagen which are very nice places! I totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The daytime receptionist are friendly and very helpful.

SPA was not extensive but very nice. Pool big enough to swim and there were several saunas. Bubble bath was lovely (cost 2 euros extra). The bar-staff were very helpful and the outdoor patio with a pond and fountain was lovely.

Let's start with the good bits: the staff is lovely and they do their best. However, they are woefully understaffed and a lot of things take longer or fall through the cracks. The WiFI is good, and the breakfast was also really good. Parking isn't free, but a lot available.
